Future Clouds and Radar's intriguing, self-titled record comes out today, and if you enjoy the power-pop flavor, then check this out.
The group is fronted by Robert Harrison who used to be in a band called Cotton Mather, who had a few great moments themselves. When Uncut calls you "minuscule," then you must be doing something right.
As it says on Future Clouds and Radar's website, Cotton Mather broke up in 2003, and Harrison "retreated to the wilderness for two years on tums." Luckily for us, Harrison came to, switched to the chalky, but more reliable Metamucil, and embarked on this current mission that led to a double album. Even the guys in Oasis are fans. That's either very impressive, or I desperately need glasses.
