The band Radiohead are their usual creative selves, making another video that's quite interesting. As they all sport bike helmets, it appears as if they all are connected to a boom camera, that's on their head at the other side.
Of course, this isn't my field of expertise. Maybe somebody has a better explanation of how this works.
Could this be the official video? No word has came down yet.
Off In Rainbows.
The new January issue of Uncut is out now, which features acts naming their favorite John Lennon song of all time.
Beth Ditto from The Gossip says-
My favorite John Lennon song is "In My Life". This song proves that songwriting can be as simple as nostalgia and emotion. Simplicity speaks volumes. Hearing this certain song is comforting just the way returning to your own bed feels after you've been traveling for a while.
Unpretentious and reassuring, down to earth, it's a song to feel solid to and a song to fall apart by. It is literal and abstract, stoned and sober. It's contradictory the way humans are, the way emotions are. That's the way this song makes me feel. like a human.

This morning Pitchfork has mentioned it, and so has Paste, so why don't I pump our own Christmas show, huh?
It's our "It's A Very Indie Blog Xmas" show featuring Pinback, Louis XIV and Rogue Wave.
For those of you that live in the Sacramento area, tickets are only $19.99 in advance. It's an all ages show at Empire Events Center, a great place to check out these bands.
If you don't go to Starbucks twice, then you've got the money to go. See how easy that was?
I hope to see you out there, December 16th at 7:30pm.
Also, keep listening to KWOD and my Indieblogheaven show on Sunday nights for more details.
The new video from A Place To Bury Strangers has that night vision goggles effect, except their is no Paris Hilton and we get close ups of the band members faces, the bass guitar, and other random images.
The band was said to be parked at a Denny's in Delaware, Ohio prior to a show on November 11th. They used a webcam in an RV during a rainstorm, which killed the power several times during the shoot.
Ruby Isle is in week two of their project, where they take the #1 song on elbo.ws for the week, and make a remix out of it. This weeks #1...the new Raveonettes track "Aly, Walk With Me."
In what was said to be a lot of fun for the band, they step up the beat with no distortion to speak of.
It took the band about a day to perfect. A cool version of the track that's sure to be buzzed about over the coming week.
You may have heard that yesterday Amy Winehouse canceled all of her tour dates for 2008, because she couldn't bare being apart from her husband. Oh boohoo!
Now, a source close to her says doctors ordered her to get some rest after she had been up partying for three days straight. In other words, she's no Keith Richards.
Her father Mitch also suggests she may be checking in to rehab soon.
What do you mean soon?! Soon as in "after I party for six more months?!
Nothing goes together better than a desert, a little SPF 95 and Santa Claus, does it?
Add in some killing with appropriately enough-The Killers, and you've got a fun little nugget, with a nice hook called "Don't Shoot Me Santa."
Yes, that hideous Brandon Flowers/Freddie Mercury tribute with mustache is more present than ever.
She doesn't give interviews, we don't know her real name, and she doesn't perform live.
Here lies the mystery of Sally Shapiro, queen of the Disco Romance.
The Swede doesn't completely rule out a future on stage, but don't count on it for a long while.
In the meantime, she's thrown together a little Christmas tune for you to enjoy......but is it her?
