PLUG Announces Nominees

The PLUG Independent Music Awards have announced its 2008 nominees, and you have the opportunity to shape the results. Voting in several categories, from Album of the Year to Best Music Venue are taking place from now until February 8th, with a ceremony to follow on March 6th in NYC.

Justice leads all acts with seven nominations. Arcade Fire and Of Montreal garnered six nods, and Band of Horses, EL-P, The National and Spoon have five nominations.
