Uncut Comes Up With Their Top 50 Albums Of the Year
Chalk up another one for LCD Soundsystem.
As the lists pour in for the Top Records of the Year, The National got snubbed as Uncut named LCD Soundsystem's Sound of Silver at #1.
In fact, as many have put The National record Boxer in their Top 5, Uncut places it at #34.
I don't know if it should be that far back, but it shouldn't be the best album of the year.
Here's the list.

This must be the list for the sappiest, most restrained albums of the year. Where's the good music...Velvet Revolver's Libertad, Silverstein's Arrivals and Departures, Seether's FBINP, Tankian's Elect the Dead, Buckethead's Peppers Ghost, Rush's Snakes and arrows, Hanoi Rock's Street Poetry, or even the Eagles' Long Road Out of Edan(quite possibly the best lyricists of all time)?.......not one of those made your list? Did you just put albums that you heard that year on the list, or did you even try exploring some underground music?

yeah..but you should know by now that if we've heard of 10% of the music on the list then it's obviously terrible
