Video: Liz Phair "Fuck and Run" (Live In Chicago)

Exile In Guyville just hit the 15th anniversary mark, and there isn't a place you can't spot Liz Phair.

I didn't want to be excluded in this revival, so here's the Phair one (see what I did there?) with "Fuck and Run" live.

What's In My iPod By Barack Obama

Obama_2

How many times can one guy be on the cover of Rolling Stone?

Barack Obama is the current cover boy (again), this time sharing his love for many artists that are currently in the iPod.

Artists who have endorsed him like Bruce Springsteen and Bob Dylan are among his favorites, including 30 tracks by Dylan.

Obama calls "Maggie's Farm" "one of my favorites during the political season, It speaks to me as I listen to some of the political rhetoric.”

He calls Stevie Wonder his musical hero, name checks Earth, Wind and Fire, Elton John and the Rolling Stones and adds he has everything from Howlin’ Wolf to Yo-Yo Ma to Sheryl Crow.

Yeah, but any Weezer?

He names other songs and albums specifically. For all the goodies go to RS.

Video: Weezer "Pork and Beans" (Live AOL Session)

Weezer did a bunch of tracks for AOL acoustic and also did a Q&A session that's pretty cool.

"Pork and Beans" is almost reinvented as an acoustic track, demonstrating that the band can write one hell of a song, even without the crunch.

On another note, Pat is having knee surgery today, so get well soon.
