When you are competing with the likes of Coachella and Bonnaroo, it's hard to keep up. The Langerado Festival, which had names like Death Cab for Cutie, Thievery Corporation, Snoop Dogg, Broken Social Scene, Deerhunter, Modest Mouse, and Public Enemy decided to shut it down due to lack of ticket sales.
Switching to a new music venue certainly didn't help, not to mention the economy.
