DJ AM Dies Of An Overdose

DJ AM, who survived that plane crash with Travis Barker, has died of an apparent drug overdose.

He was found this afternoon after friends hadn't heard from him in days. Twitter is abuzz right now.

After Denying It-Oasis Actually Break Up

Last week, Oasis issued a denial. Now, it looks like the brotherly rivalry has reached it's peak as Noel Gallagher has walked out of Oasis. Their performance at the Rock En Seine festival was canceled do to an "altercation," which was relayed to the audience.

Not long after, Noel blogged about it on their website.

“It’s with some sadness and great relief to tell you that I quit Oasis tonight. People will write and say what they like, but I simply could not go on working with Liam a day longer."

In 1992, Nirvana played the Reading Festival and it has been regarded as one of those legendary shows.

Now, we get to experience it in high quality, as Nirvana Live at Reading is coming out on CD/DVD on November 3. For you album aficionados, a double-LP comes out on November 17.

Death Cab For Cutie Single A Part Of Twilight Sequel

The Twilight sequel New Moon will have Death Cab For Cutie as a main attraction. They will be a part of the soundtrack with a new song called “Meet Me on the Equinox,” which will debut at the MTV Video Music Awardson September 13th. Maybe Russell Brand can sex that up too?

The soundtrack comes out October 20th...movie exactly one month later.
