Frightened Rabbit Announce Tour/Release New Music

March 9th we get the new Frightened Rabbit album, their third titled The Winter of Mixed Drinks. With the albums release comes word of two new songs, and tour dates to boot.

SXSW and Coachella are just two of the highlights on their itinerary.

New Jimi Hendrix-"Valley of Neptune"

In what could best be described as a throwaway track, the lost Jimi Hendrix song, "Valley of Neptune" is available to stream now.   

It was in a period when Jimi formed the Band of Gypsies and was heading in a new direction. Then, not too long after, he passed away. 

The new album of unreleased material is due March 9th.

Watch Surfer Blood's New Video-"Swim"

The fun new Surfer Blood video is out now called "Swim" which features the band pushing over an ice cream cone from a girl, and pushing over an old man. It's good times.....no really, it's kinda fun.

Stream the Upcoming Knife Record-Tomorrow In A Year

The new album from The Knife that happens to be an opera is available for stream now. Tomorrow In A Year, which features the 11 minute "Colouring the Pigeon" that we previewed earlier, will be available at their website later today.

Look for it digitally on 2/2 and the physical release 3/9.

Broken Bells Premiere New Video-"The High Road"

James Mercer from The Shins and Danger Mouse from everything else have formed Broken Bells. Today Myspace premiered their new video for "The High Road."

The duo walk on a deserted road and it results in different adventures. Taking a toy from a child, a car accident and more. Take a look below. 

Apple iPad Announced-What To Expect

 A 10 inch screen. 10 hours of battery life. A keyboard that's so big it's almost lifesize, and an iTunes interface that almost looks like it does on a PC. Those are just some of the highlights released today as Steve Jobs talks in San Francisco.

New Justice Track Is Fake! Bloggers Get Punked

The supposed new track from Justice that was all over the blogs yesterday isn't from Justice at all. E-mails came from the apparently hacked account of promo@EdBangerRecords.com. So, if you see Justice-"Beginning of the End" floating around, it ain't real babe. In fact, there won't be a Justice album coming out this year. Now back to our regularly scheduled programming.
