Listen As The Kills Cover Marilyn Monroe's "One Silver Dollar"

Getting bands to do covers on their appearances on radio has became all the rage in the last few years. It's a mighty fine trend from where I'm sitting. Why keep it only to a live show? The buzz over a solid cover over the blogosphere is money in the bank. 

The Kills will probably get a lot of love deservedly so for the excellent acoustic cover of Marilyn Monroe's 1954 performance of "One Silver Dollar" from the movie "River of No Return." Hear it here.

Watch Wayne Coyne and Rivers Cuomo Ride In Space Bubbles Over Crowd-Do "She Don't Use Jelly"

Last night The Flaming Lips and Weezer played a show at PNC Banks Arts Center in New Jersey. It was memorable to say the least. Rivers Cuomo had mentioned that he wanted to surf over the crowd in the traditional Wayne Coyne space bubble. He got his wish. Weezer and Flaming Lips also joined forces for "She Don't Use Jelly."
