I’ve only heard a few tracks, but this new Metz record so far is HOT! The New Yorker called the debut LP from METZ "rude, severe, and excellent". It’s definitely pissy in a good way, with a certain driving energy and pounding of the drums, that gives it an added layer of intensity. The new Metz record is out today.
