They are a Canadian duo that brings the rock. They are called Indian Handcrafts, and although COS describes them as "a blend of ZZ Top, Hella, Big Business, and Death From Above 1979," the immediate takeaway was Wolfmother's first album on the track, "Red Action."
The band almost called it quits after guitarist/vocalist Daniel Brandon Allen broke his hand, then decided to play on anyway. I'm glad they did. Their new album Civil Disobedience For Losers, will be out on October 30th.
